The French Comte, consists of quality cheese from the famous regional cows called Montbéliardes, they enjoy the fresh air within the spacious region of 2.5 acres. Similarly to the pigs, which are fed an natural diet and raised in the region. The meat is then smoked (using local pine wood) in an impressive 25m chimney, consequently resulting in very tasty meat!
